SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. Each piece is made by hand in our workshop, so we took up to two weeks.
Production time may vary, as most of our jewellery is produced to order. In some cases, small delays in production may be due to the handmade process, especially in pieces with special sizes.
If you need your piece for a specific date, please send us an email to olivia@oliviabarthe.com and we will inform you if we can do it in the required dates.
The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment. The shipping cost depends on the country.
REFUNDS:
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds as each piece is handmade and custom made.
It is very important that you make sure you choose the correct size for each piece since it is crucial for us not to waste any piece.

If you have ordered the wrong size, we offer an exchange within 15 days of receiving the package.

The product must be as delivered, in perfect condition and with the original packaging.
Once we receive the package, we will send a confirmation email and start production of the new part in the correct size. The production of the new piece will take about two weeks, not including shipping, which will depend on the country.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the new part will be shipped to customers free of charge. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for any problems with the package once it is in transit, but we will do our best to help you and offer you a solution.
The change of the piece will be offered once without charge, if after the first change of size the piece still does not fit, there will be an additional 30 euros to cover the second production of this second process.
During the holiday season, we will accept partial exchanges for products that have been purchased as gifts.
If you receive a piece with the wrong size than the one ordered or with a defect, notify us within 15 days of receiving the piece and we will take care of resending the new piece and the shipping costs.
